Panel: Duane ‘Dog’ Chapman Cannot Be Extradited to Mexico
Hawaiian capital Duane “Dog” Chapman cannot be deliverred to Mexico to confront criminal charges in his capture of serial raper and fugitive Andrew Luster in 2003, a three-judge panel in Mexico has governed.
The consentient ruling was handed down Tuesday. The TV premium hunter, his boy Leland Chapman and associate Tim Chapman faced being directed to the holiday resort town of Puerto Vallarta, where they caught Luster, who held jumped a USD 1 000 000 bond on charges that he doped and despoiled three adult females.

The A&E network put Chapman’s “Dog the Bounty Hunter” show indefinitely on hold last November after a private phone conversation between the world star and his boy Tucker was posted online.
