Court document obtained by CelebTV.com show the former star of “The O.C.” was supercharged Tuesday with motorring under the influence of intoxicant or drugs, motorring while having a 0.08 percentage or high blood inebriant level, motorring without a valid license and ownership of Cannabis sativa 28.5 grammes or less.

Barton was nabbed Dec. 27 in West Hollywood after sheriff’s deputy sheriffs saw her auto straddling two lanes of dealings and neglecting to signalize for a twist.

A telephone message went forth with Barton’s publiciser, Howard Bragman, was non immediately renderred.

Barton is scheduledded to be arraignedded on Thursday in Beverly Hills Superior Court.
