NEW YORK Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. is taking in a new famous person: popular TV chef Emeril Lagasse.

The New York-based culture mediums and selling company launched by domesticity maven Martha Stewart proclaimed Tuesday that it purchased the right fields to the Emeril Lagasse franchise of cookery books, television shows and kitchen products for USD 45 000 000 in cash and USD 5 000 000 in stock at shutting.
