NEW YORK The lawyer for Kevin Federline says he wants to force out Britney Spears shortly, the the step in the former couple’s going child-custody battle.

“Britney Spears will have her deposit early (next) twelvemonth,” Mark Vincent Kaplan stated People.com late Saturday outside a Beverly Hills eating house. “We’ve acquired a passel to speak about.”

Spears, 26, named in sick to an ordered deposition December 12, although she was shot that solar day driving with an ally.
