‘Easy Rider’ Associate Producer Bill Hayward Dies in Suicide

LOS ANGELES Authorities say “Easy Rider” associate manufacturer Bill Hayward has passed of a self-inflicted gunfire wound.

The Los Angeles County coroner’s business office said Thursday that the 66-year-old Hayward hit himself in the bosom with a pistol on March 9 in Castaic. The annihilation occurred in dawdler where he was populating.

Hayward was the boy of factor Leland Hayward and actress Margaret Sullavan, all part of a Hollywood house whose gift and looker was frequently outshone by its daimons.

Sullavan and her girl Bridget Hayward both died of drug overdoses in 1960.

Bill Hayward’s early sister Brooke was in one case married to “Easy Rider” star Dennis Hopper, who stated Thursday that Hayward “was a grand man and this is a great disaster for our household.”
