‘Dancing’ Finalist Mario Lopez to Take on Broadway
NEW YORK From “Saltation with the Stars” to dance on Broadway.
Mario Lopez, a finalist on the ABC world series, will join the Broadway cast of “A Chorus Line” next calendar month, producer John Breglio proclaimed Tuesday.
Lopez will play Zach, the show’s demanding director, in the hitting revival that has existed running since October 2006 at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre. He joins the display April 15.
Mario’s “gifts and charm will transfer attractively to the Broadway stage,” articulated Breglio.
“Every actor dreams about appearance on a Broadway stage,” Lopez articulated. “I have as well and have existed searching for the right time and chance.”
