Advisements Delayed in Death Probe of Anna Nicole’s Son
Capital of the Bahamas, Bahamas A jurist on Thursday tabled deliberations of a Bahamas panel charged with determining what voted down the boy of former Playboy playfellow Anna Nicole Smith.
Magistrate William Campbell articulated the panel will reconvene March 31.
“The grounds appears to be simple, but it needs more time for review,” he told.
The seven-member panel will officially determine what defeated Daniel Smith and has the powerfulness to advocate criminal charges if it finds evidence of error.
The 20-year-old cashed in one September 2006 soon after he came in the Bahamas to see his baby sis, Dannielynn, who was birthed in a Nassau infirmary.
Police have articulated there is no evidence of homicide, and an autopsy launched that Daniel likely sed chips from a compounding of drugs, including fixer and antidepressant drugs.
The inquest began in November but was delayed when the judicature tried to receive testimony from witnesses in the U.S.
During the final years of testimonial this hebdomad, two of Anna Nicole’s former fellows gave at odds accounts. Larry Birkhead attested that Daniel was a tumultuous young man who fought with drugs and alcoholic beverage. Howard K. Stern articulated he was surprised at the mortem examination report and expressed he held never understood Daniel exploitation drugs.
Anna Nicole Smith exitted from an accidental overdose in Florida in February 2007, various months after her son’s expiry.
